СТАРЕНИЕ И ГОРМОН РОСТА: ПРЕДПОЛОЖЕНИЯ И ФАКТЫ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Гормон роста — мощный метаболический гормон с плейотропными эффектами, который позиционируется как «источник молодости». Соматотропин обладает многообразными функциями: стимуляция роста костей, регуляция углеводного, белкового, липидного обменов, метаболической функции печени и энергетического баланса. На клеточном уровне соматотропный гормон регулирует рост клеток, дифференцировку, апоптоз и реорганизацию цитоскелета. В обзорной статье представлены результаты актуальных исследований, отражающих взаимосвязь дефицита гормона роста или резистентности к нему с развитием старения и заболеваний, ассоциированных с возрастом, а также с увеличением продолжительности жизни.
