Annotation
In pregnant women without COVID-19, representatives of the normobiota were isolated in 61.6% of cases. They also have such «community-acquired» pathogens as S. agalactiae and H. influenzae, which is due to the lower frequency of taking antibacterial drugs in this group of patients. In pregnant women without infectious pathology, the proportion of ESBL positive isolates of E. coli — 22.6%, K. pneumoniae — 28.9%. It is noteworthy that in women with confirmed COVID-19 infection, ESBL positive strains of E. coli and K. pneumoniae occur in half of the cases.
