ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ СЛЮНЫ ДЛЯ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ОНКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

Аннотация
Применение слюны в клинической лабораторной диагностике является перспективным, а также неинвазивным, простым и недорогим метод для выявления ряда заболеваний. Интеграция комплекса методов, включая исследование генома, эпигенома, транскриптома, протеома, метаболома и микробиома, позволяет обнаружить и количественно определить ряд биомаркеров в слюне. Исследование слюны относится к неинвазивным методам и проводится для оценки возрастного и физиологического статуса, выявления соматических заболеваний, патологии слюнных желёз и тканей полости рта, генетических маркёров, мониторинга лекарственных средств и др. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены последние данные по применению слюны для диагностики онкологических заболеваний.
