ГИПОВИТАМИНОЗ D У ПОЖИЛЫХ: СВЯЗЬ С САРКОПЕНИЕЙ И ДЕМЕНЦИЕЙ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Рост численности в мировой популяции людей пожилого и старческого возраста провоцирует интерес к процессам и механизмам, ведущим к старению и возраст- ассоциированным заболеваниям. Гиповитаминоз D распространен у гериатрических пациентов и предложен рядом авторов в качестве причины таких заболеваний, как деменция и саркопения. Данный обзор литературы посвящен анализу роли витамина D в развитии вышеуказанных заболеваний, их профилактике и лечении.
