Аннотация
В последние годы отмечается глобальный рост генерализованного пародонтита средней и тяжёлой степени, особенно среди пациентов в наиболее работоспособном возрасте, спектр возможных патогенов постоянно увеличивается. Это определяет необходимость создания новых молекулярно-генетических систем для ПЦР-диагностики и их апробацию в клинической работе врача-стоматолога. Проведена сравнительная оценка выявления ключевых пародонтопатогенных видов P. gingivaqlis и F. alocis при разных формах пародонтита по степени прогрессирования с использованием нового набора ранее патентованных генетических праймеров. Установлена более высокая частота выявления пародонтопатогенов у пациентов группы С с выраженной тенденцией к прогрессированию (93 и 100% соответственно). Ассоциация P. gingivalis и F. alocis при хроническом пародонтите степени В отмечена в 20% случаев, а у степени С – в 93% случаев. Не отмечено одновременного наличие обоих пародонтопатогенов у здоровых людей. ПЦР с заявленными олигонуклеотидными праймерами может быть использована для эффективного определения степени прогрессирования пародонтита.
