ПРОБЛЕМА ДЕКОЛОНИЗАЦИИ НАЗАЛЬНЫХ НОСИТЕЛЕЙ STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS С ТОЧКИ ЗРЕНИЯ МИКРОБИОЛОГА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Золотистый стафилококк бессимптомно персистирует на слизистой оболочке носа, а также способен вызывать у носителей (аутоинфекция) и у больных в стационаре (госпитальная инфекция) тяжелые заболевания. Деколонизация назальных носителей S. aureus является важной мерой, направленной на снижение заболеваемости стафилококковыми инфекциями. Носительство является формой проявления дисбиоза полости носа, поэтому эффективность антибиотиков при санации носителей, по определению, невысока. В обзоре рассмотрены перспективы использования пробиотиков для восстановления микробиоты носа. Коммерческий выпуск назальных пробиотиков пока еще не налажен, однако разработки в этом направлении ведутся в разных странах. Представлено экспериментальное обоснование возможности применения коринебактерий и других представителей микробиоты носа для санации стафилококковых носителей, а также изложены представления авторов о том, как усовершенствовать методы микробной терапии. В частности, предложено использовать пробиотики в виде биопленки, аутопробиотики, аутовакцины.
