СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ЛАБОРАТОРНОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICILE-АССОЦИИРОВАННЫХ ДИАРЕЙ; МЕТОДЫ ДЕТЕКЦИИ ТОКСИГЕННЫХ ШТАММОВ CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICILE (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Clostridium difficile-ассоциированная инфекция (CDI) — одна из основных причин нозокомиальной диареи. Сложность лабораторной диагностики ведёт к прогрессированию заболевания, вызывающему обширные воспалительные изменения в стенке толстой кишки, характеризующиеся поверхностным некрозом слизистой оболочки с образованием «псевдомембран», приводящих к формированию токсического мегаколона, перфорации кишечной стенки, перитониту, сепсису. Основная роль в постановке диагноза принадлежит индикации возбудителя и детекции его токсинов. Ни один лабораторный тест не может быть использован в качестве самостоятельного метода лабораторной диагностики CDI. Многоэтапная диагностика может стать адекватной стратегией для быстрого и полного выявления антибиотикассоциированных диарей.
